A sales and management executive based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Wendy Dransfield has held leadership positions with several prominent human capital solutions companies. Wendy Dransfield most recently worked for Guru Worldwide Inc., which she joined in 2001 as Director of Client Development. Her achievements, which included securing the company’s first managed services solution account with Motorola/NLC, led to her promotion to On-Site Dedicated Account Director in 2002. In this position, Wendy Dransfield worked in affiliation with hiring managers and senior executives to build and improve the talent team. During the course of her career with Guru Worldwide, Wendy Dransfield successfully re-engineered more than 25% of the company’s workforce, achieving higher efficiency in operations and a reduction in costs.
Earlier in her career, Wendy Dransfield served as a Senior Account Executive with Nelson Staffing Solutions in San Rafael, California, and as a Recruiting Manager with Robert Half International in San Francisco. Prior to establishing her career in the Bay Area, Wendy Dransfield worked in Boston, Massachusetts, for Putnam Investments Corporation. She initially joined the company in 1994 as a Project Analyst for Professional Development and Orientation. Quickly advancing in her career, she achieved the position of Senior Retirement Education Consultant in 1997.
Currently a stay-at-home mother and community leader, Wendy Dransfield channels her skills into various charitable efforts, including a role as Auction Chair for Woodside Elementary School. Ms. Dransfield also serves on the Board of Directors of the Palo Alto Children’s Museum and Zoo. In her spare time, Ms. Dransfield enjoys activities such as hiking and acting.
